A 4 Day ‘Soft’ Rose Dieta informed by traditional Shipibo Dieta from the Peruvian Amazon, combined with breath-work, somatic healing, sound baths & Music journeys.. All enhancing the Power of the Rose plant medicine for healing.

The Rose works with internal alchemy, connecting to the laws of nature, you exchange energy as a means to build a symbiotic relationship with this spirit. An evolutionary calibration to your higher vibration which shifts all negative thought & emotional patterns, providing the long lasting transformation in your system to self love. She nurtures your connection to nature around you and feminine form, helping you balance out over doing into resting in being.

The Rose Spirit will uncover unique medicine for each of you, as an evolutionary medicine this journey will bring out your essence into full potential. You will experience an unfolding of how the medicine works within, recognising many limitations you have in response to love & evolving on your life path. You will install new ways of receptivity to love, as these pathways grow they establish an entirely renewed neural network. Giving you roots on the path of self love, that will sustain you throughout life. 

Mother Rose is a powerful healer on all levels, there are infinite wisdoms to share of her. She is the most ancient flower on the planet and at the mystic heart of humanity. She holds the wisdom of primordial feminine wisdom. Transforming you on all levels to be connected to your soul, your destiny, sexuality and the earth. This is a different concept of healing to what you may be used to, as you learn to soften and surrender into a healing process. It builds strength from the roots that is long lasting and nurturing.

A shamanic approach to merging your energy field with the wisdom of this flower. An ancient flower that is abundant with teachings to support the harmony of ourselves and Mother Earth. This flower is a master teacher, giving us the opportunity to truly learn how to be better and more loving human beings. Dieta is a sacred and deep work from the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon rainforest that have an ancestral cosmology and spiritual tradition working in this form. Often working alongside many different native ancestral plants, such as Ayahuasca.

This is not a ‘traditional’ form of Dieta working together with Mother Ayahuasca, which both myself & crew has been blessed to be immersed in. It is a soft dieta working only with the medicine of Rose. My teachers hold an ancestral path that is a profound dedication to healing after apprenticing with elders in their family lines. These are ancient traditions dating back thousands of years for those who are willing and ready to go deeper into their journey. I’m blessed to be able to share with you Shipibo Healing practices and a small snippet of the power of this practice with the ‘Sof't’ Dieta with Rose medicine held in the protocol of the Jungle Dieta. I have learnt directly from my teachers facilitating these Dieta Retreats in sacred places around the world over the past 6yrs. Where I have trained over 150 practitioners around the world in the Rose healing arts guiding ‘Soft’ Dieta yearly in groups and 1:1 containers.
