AMRITA is a six part shamanic womb awakening journey that is intuitive for your own natural cycles, helping you restore your innate feminine vitality and sensuality. The Womb-Centric practice is informed by female shamanism holding the principles of the potency in your void.
Your womb is a powerful portal of healing and creation to awaken your sacred body and purpose. The Mother is urging all to relax and feel the belonging of your body, knowing intimately how to rely on your inner resource states of regulation to maintain a thriving vitality in the whole system.

This will help you to cultivate your vitality, gaining deep intimacy with your inner resource states and harmonising your autonomic nervous system to be supported through life. Supporting any dissociation, numbing, trauma by softening into your innate sensitivity and power of your womb harmonising the generational limitations of the wholeness of your feminine energy.
The 6 Sessions include shamanic womb healing’s with feminine embodiment group mentoring, womb wellness practice, self intimacy sessions, self-care rituals & integrative plant therapy practices uniquely curated for your feminine urge. Each 2hr live group healing will be held in a safe ceremonial space to drop into the temple of your womb.
